01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and api333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services available at api333.cam and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains operated under the api333 brand.

By clicking "Register", submitting a registration form, or accessing any service on the api333 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the api333 platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence, except where the Privacy Policy governs matters of personal data — in which case the Privacy Policy shall prevail on those specific matters.

02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Defined terms are capitalised when used in the body of the document.

03 Eligibility

Access to the api333 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while their account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. api333 enforces this through mandatory KYC identity verification. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account suspension with forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of api333 or any of its affiliate companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended api333 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• Own funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your api333 account are your own lawful property and are not derived from illegal activity.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on api333, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

• Accurate information: All registration details — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — must be truthful and accurate. api333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time.
• Username and password: You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining its confidentiality. api333 will never request your password through any communication channel.
• KYC verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. KYC is typically completed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Contact details: You must provide a valid, accessible email address and phone number. api333 uses these channels for account notifications, security alerts, and identity verification communications.
• Prohibited registration: Registering on behalf of a third party, using fictitious identity information, or using identity documents belonging to another individual are all strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination.

api333 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

05 Deposits

api333 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed and active within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. Supported payment channels for Indonesian Members currently include:

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the api333 platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Currency: All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). api333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any transfer made in a currency other than IDR may be rejected or returned at api333's discretion.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that are lawfully yours. Deposits made from payment accounts in a name other than your registered account name may be rejected and refunded, less any applicable bank transfer fees.
• Processing time: Deposits to api333 are credited in real time for most payment methods. Bank transfers may occasionally require up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• No deposit fees: api333 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — api333 has no control over or liability for third-party payment processing charges.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit does not appear in your account within 60 minutes of transfer, contact our 24/7 support team with the transaction reference number. Do not make a duplicate transfer before receiving confirmation from support.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on api333 are subject to the following conditions. api333 processes the majority of withdrawal requests to major Indonesian banks within five minutes of approval under normal operating conditions.

• KYC requirement: Completed identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC will have withdrawals held until verification is successfully completed.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. api333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different account or payment method.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically completed within five minutes. CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata transfers may take up to 30 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO and DANA are typically instant. These benchmarks apply during normal operating hours; during peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take longer.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by account tier, verification status, and applicable payment method limits.
• Bonus wagering: Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Real-money Balance accrued from gameplay funded by Bonus Funds is subject to the same restriction until the wagering requirement is met.
• Fraud review: api333 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours to complete internal fraud or compliance checks. Members subject to such a review will be notified by email. This provision is exercised rarely and solely for the protection of account holders and platform integrity.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

api333 offers a range of deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and free-credit promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the general terms in this clause as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified Members with accounts in good standing. New member welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 5x and 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is published on the promotion's dedicated page.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot titles (including slot gacor titles) typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games contribute between 10% and 20%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets and sports betting contribute 100% unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms. Crash games contribute 50%. • Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of credit unless the individual promotion specifies a shorter or longer period. Expired Bonus Funds are voided without notice.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through duplicate accounts, collusion, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear requirements without genuine risk, or any other strategy deemed by api333 to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings and may lead to account suspension.
• Modification and cancellation: api333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via in-platform notification or email to affected Members.

08 Betting Rules & Gameplay

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on api333. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within each game or betting section and should be read in conjunction with these general rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is binding from the moment it is confirmed by the api333 system and a bet reference number is issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless api333 expressly provides a cash-out or edit function for that specific market.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Errors: In the event of a technical error, software fault, or human error that results in an incorrectly priced bet or game outcome, api333 reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and refund the stake to the Member's Balance. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable.
• Mix parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If any selection is void or cancelled, the accumulator is recalculated at the remaining selections' combined odds. Minimum selection count for mix parlay is two legs.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time during a match or event. api333 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the result was knowable to the bettor before the bet was accepted due to a data delay or feed interruption.
• RNG games: All random-number-generator-based games (slots, virtual games, crash games) use certified RNG software. Published RTP figures represent long-term theoretical return and are not a guarantee of returns over any individual gaming session.
• Disconnection: If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the current game round or bet will be resolved according to the state recorded on the api333 server at the time of disconnection. api333 is not liable for losses attributable to client-side internet connectivity issues.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

api333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, chip-dumping, or match-fixing.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any activity that api333 reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Account access from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 21 years of age.

On closure of an account due to a breach of these Terms, api333 may withhold any Balance or pending withdrawal pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Member breach — for example, voluntary closure requested by the Member — all verified real-money Balance will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Members who have activated a Self-Exclusion period cannot request account reopening until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the api333 platform — including but not limited to the api333 name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data compilations, and bet-pricing algorithms — is the exclusive intellectual property of api333 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the api333 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, public display, reverse engineering, scraping, framing, or any other form of commercial exploitation of api333 platform content.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by api333 under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of third-party game content is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the api333 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical errors.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the Member's failure to maintain password security.
• Losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Changes to game rules, odds, or payout structures made in accordance with these Terms.
• Reliance on information or content published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, api333's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

api333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

api333 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform — including KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and certified game studios — and only under appropriate data processing agreements.

13 Responsible Gaming

api333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check alerts, and self-exclusion. These tools are available at no cost from the account settings dashboard.

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic — or if someone close to you has expressed concern about your gambling — we strongly encourage you to activate Self-Exclusion immediately via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-Exclusion requests are processed within one hour of submission and result in immediate suspension of account access and all marketing communications.

14 Amendments to These Terms

api333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that materially affect Members' rights or obligations — will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes (for example, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in company name or contact details) may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date the current version entered force.

Continued use of the api333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api333 is incorporated and licensed to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the api333 platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved within 72 hours through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before commencing any formal legal proceedings.

api333's internal complaints procedure requires that all formal complaints be submitted in writing to support@api333.cam with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". Formal complaints will receive a written response within 5 business days.
